Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Sole Movement (trading as Sole Purpose) — “we”, “us”, “our” — and your engagement with our mentoring, case management and family support, school programs, and youth and community consulting services.
By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use this website or engage our services.

About our services
Sole Movement is a Sydney-based social enterprise providing:
Teen mentoring — one-to-one support for young people;
Case management and family support — coordinated, practical support for young people and their families;
School programs — workshops, mentoring, and engagement initiatives delivered in partnership with schools; and
Youth and community consulting — program development and systems support for schools, agencies, and community organisations.
Our services are typically arranged through a referral from a school, family, government agency, or other service, and are delivered under an individual service agreement or partnership arrangement that sets out the specific scope, fees (if any), and responsibilities for that engagement. These terms apply in addition to, and don’t replace, any separate service agreement you enter into with us.
Not a crisis or emergency service
Our services are not a crisis or emergency response service and are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or emergency care. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, call 000. For mental health crisis support, contact Lifeline on 13 11 14 or, for young people, Kids Helpline on 1800 55 1800.
Referrals and enquiries
Making an enquiry or referral through this website doesn’t guarantee that we’ll be able to provide support. We assess each referral to confirm fit and availability, and to agree how our involvement will be coordinated with any school, family, or agency already involved.
Fees
Many of our services are delivered under funding, grant, or partnership arrangements with schools and government agencies, at no direct cost to the family. Where fees apply, they’ll be set out in the relevant service agreement with the referring school, agency, or family.
Confidentiality
We treat information shared with us during mentoring and support work as confidential, and we won’t share it beyond those involved in coordinating a young person’s support without appropriate consent, except:
where we’re required or permitted by law to disclose it, including mandatory reporting obligations relating to the safety or wellbeing of a young person; or
where there’s a serious risk to the safety of the young person or another person.
See our Privacy Policy for more detail on how we collect, use, and share personal information.

No guarantee of outcomes
Mentoring, case management, and family support are collaborative processes, and outcomes depend on individual circumstances. While we work in good faith to support every young person and family we work with, we don’t guarantee specific outcomes.
